Pestle & Mortar, an Irish Skincare company co-founded by Sonia Deasy is ready to double its revenue for 2019 and has a major global expansion plan. The company has tied up with retail brands like Marks & Spencers which is based out of the UK and Harvey Nichols from Hong Kong.
Sonia stated that she would launch her brand and products in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and Russia, according to The Irish Times.
The skincare brand is also planning to launch a website in China, where the brand sources its packaging.
Sonia stated that the company is looking to double its revenue from €3 million to €6 million in 2019 at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in Hong Kong.
She added that the skincare brand would launch into 45 M&S top performing stores in the UK this year.
Four weeks ago the company moved to a new 10,000 sq ft premises which would also act as a showcase to distributors from China and Russia.
The skincare brand has eight products which are made to rehydrate the skin and are priced between €43 to €76. The company was founded by Mrs. Deasy and her husband Padric Deasy five years ago.
